MailChimpMailChimp is one of many popular email marketing software services that are available to Real Estate Agents.  Others include Aweber, Constant Contact, iContact, or Top Producer. It is my experience that Aweber is the most efficient service, Constant Contact is the easiest to use, and I have no experience with Top Producer or iContact. MailChimp is the service that I generally recommend for a few reasons… It is easy to use, it is efficient, it is Web 2.0 friendly and it is FREE.  Up to 2,000 contacts in your database and up to 10,000 emails a month.  Most real estate agents fall comfortably below those requirements.

Of the top 5 ways to get Real Estate business having a living database connected to an Email delivery system is crucial in 4 of them.  Let’s examine:

1.  Sphere Of influence – This one should speak for itself.  MailChimp let’s you easily store are your contacts in one place that you can easily add to and contact them on a monthly or weekly basis.

2.  Open Houses – If we know that we need to Publish the news that we are holding a fantastic open house, Mailchimp makes is easy to start by letting our database know first.

3.  Farming – As you meet people in your Farm or eFarm add them to your database and Mailchimp will help you stay in contact and start to build trust.

4.  Social Media Marketing – The main goal in building an online presence is to collect leads in the form of emails.  What are you going to do with those collected emails?  You guessed it, MailChimp.
