How To Create A Neighborhood Listings Page on IDX Broker Platinum
There are many ways to create “Neighborhood Pages”. In this video I will be using IDX Broker PT Plugin, WordPress, and Genesis with Agent Evolution Child Theme.
I create the Neighborhood Pages on the IDX Broker platform so that you can have a map of all the listings and of course all of the listings on the same page.
You could, of course, also create a Neighborhood page on the WordPress Platform and Link to the actual listings. This may be useful if are planning on building super complex Neighborhood Pages.

You do that under preferences and saved links

manage if you wanna go to a page you have already created and create a new one

create a new page is what we are going to do. We are going to use the Advanced search

so the newest listings show up on top. Depending on the MLS, IDX Broker is going to show you
