Nearwoo Mobile Advertising Platform

Nearwoo Mobile Advertising Should Be NearWow

First of all I have to admit that I received 1 month free service in order to be able to write this review.  As I told the folks at Nearwoo Mobile Advertising, that will not influence my review.  Second, I think it is important to note that while I build mobile friendly websites and often preach the power of being on mobile, my experience in mobile advertising before this was limited.

“Of the estimated 30 billion annual mobile searches, about 12 billion are local searches (Search Engine Land)” >> Click To Tweet

What does that mean for you and I?  We should probably be making sure we are easy to find on mobile devices.  Part of that is making sure that our web presence is mobile friendly and part of that is making sure that we are utilizing mobile advertising.

Nearwoo Mobile Advertising

Nearwoo is a site that specializes in  Local DIY Mobile Advertising for small business owners, like you and me.  The site is very easy to use and you can get your Mobile Advertisement set up in just a few minutes.

Simply visit Nearwoo.com >> If you use this link to sign up you will receive 30% off

First enter your business name and location and let Nearwoo find your business online.  Or manually enter your address if your business is not found.

Nearwoo will generate a map based on your business location so that you can decide what neighborhoods you would like to advertise to.  They use the GPS functionality in peoples mobile phones to determine when they are close to your business and in one of your chosen neighborhoods.

Your First Neighborhood Is and Always Will Be Free –  There is no reason why you should not have at least  1 neighborhood that you are advertising to.

Each neighborhood comes with 1,000 “Woo’s” (views or ad impressions) and cost’s an additional $10 per month.

Selecting your neighborhoods is a easy as:

    • Moving a slider to determine how many neighborhoods you would like to advertise to
    • Clicking on the map to pick what neighborhoods you would like to advertise to

Local Mobile Advertising

Once you chosen what local searchers you would like to see your ad…

Then you create your “Ad Creative”.

This is broken into 2 sections:

      1. Your Mobile Landing Page
      2. Your Mobile Advertising Banner

Nearwoo Mobile Advertising

Both are as simple as selecting a background image, adding Titles and Subtitles, and selecting your Calls To Action.

Your Mobile Ad Banner

is the Advertisement that people in your chosen neighborhoods see at the top of popular websites and Apps.  Such as:  CNN.com, Weather.com, Words With Friends & Pandora.

Your mobile landing page

is where people that click on your banner ad will be directed to .  Where they can see more about your business and take one of your chosen calls to action.  Such as:  Check Out The Website, Like Us On Facebook, Follow Us On Twitter, or Call Now.

My Nearwoo Results

My mobile advertisement was focused to 3o local neighborhoods.  At 1,000 per neighborhood, that is 30,000 Woo’s.

Nearwoo Banner EffectivenessHere Are The Analytics For 1 Month

    • 30,000 Local Mobile Searcher’s Saw My Business
    • I had a .13 Click Through Rate = 3,900 people clicked on my banner
    • 24 People Visited My Website
    • 4 People Liked My Facebook Page
    • 4 People Followed Me On Twitter
    • 1 Person Called Me

Unfortunately I do not currently have a “Closed Loop Marketing System” so I will not be able to tell you how many sales that leads to.  In addition I do have a lead nurturing and social media marketing system that continues to generate sales further down the road.

What I do know is that there is not a good reason that you should not sign up for at least 1 neighborhood right now and start getting some local mobile advertising visibility for your Real Estate Business or Local Small Business.

Don’t forget to take advantage of my special offer from Nearwoo of 30% off for my clients.

*If you sign up for Nearwoo using my links I will make a small commission.

Hey guy, your clicks number isn’t exactly right. I’m guessing it was really 39 clicks. 0.13% not 13%.

      Chris,

I can only report what the analytics showed me. Why would you think that it is incorrect?

Hi Chris, .13 is the same as 13%. 1 is 100%. Just saying.

We would love to hear from you...
