We’re so absolutely sure that your Real Estate Website will help your Real Estate business that we’re offering our service without any contracts. If for whatever reason Easy Real Estate Website does not satisfy you in any way, simply cancel your monthly payment subscription and IDX account. You can also request that we transfer hosting to your personal account if you would prefer having total control. We can not be responsible for the state of your website once transfer is complete. You can also request your website file and database if you would prefer setting up hosting outside of our preferred vendor.

This fee summary is based on work performed on a fixed cost basis. Should the scope of the project change after acceptance of terms and pricing, we will provide a detailed scope change to define additional work and associated costs. Monthly maintenance fees above are based on recommended services above. Fox Real Estate Marketing does not require a monthly maintenance contract. The above pricing is effective for our website design only and any additional fees must be approved, in writing, by you prior to any work being started on your site. Project set-up fees are due upon contract acceptance. Monthly maintenance and hosting fees of $30.00 will be billed one month in advance with net-10 terms beginning month following completion of set-up. You will be solely responsible for maintaining your IDX account. If you cancel your IDX account for any reason, your site will no longer be active.
